WE ARE SADDENED TO REPORT THAT
 ON MARCH 20TH, 2010 at THE SEA HAWKS GATHERING OF THE GIANTS
MAC HODGES LOST HIS WORLD FAMOUS B-29
The plane itself was recovered. It was in several pieces. A lot of repair will be required to save it.  Its amazing that it broke up into only the 4 major parts. It apparently landed flat as it came down.  An engine out on the spin side prohibited recovery from the spin. There are several videos of the tragedy (see below).
